[Audio] Integrated ticketing arrives in Cork

The integrated ticket for public transport has arrived in Cork!

Called the “Leap Card” it allows passengers to pay without using cash.

The plastic card is already successful in Dublin where 400-thousand
have been issued, it’s a national card so Dublin cards can be used in
Cork also.

Today Public Transport Minister Alan Kelly visited Parnell Place Bus
Station Wednesday to reveal the details of how the integrated ticket
will operate Leeside
