The Deputy Lord Mayor of Cork City wants a Walk of Fame for musical names
on MacCurtain Street.
This years Guinness Cork Jazz Festival – over the long weekend – has been
described as the “The most successful in a decade”
The event, established in 1978, is now worth in the region on 20 million
euro to the local economy.

are backing the idea of a permanent musical Walk of fame
