Cork City Centre is losing out on business because of a lack of modern “3rd generation” office space
That’s the warning from a number of property experts and the Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber have welcomed the news that construction is to begin soon on a 45 million euro 7 story office development
on Albert Quay, but they say more similar offices are needed.
