Zevas Communications, a national and global provider of outsourced sales services, this week announced the creation of 50 new jobs in Cork.

When we say JOBS, we are not referring to Steve Jobs!, but you’d be forgiven for thinking so. Apple Corp is a large tech employer in Cork.

The 50 new positions to be filled immediately, are as a result of Zevas’ sustained growth and development strategy, resulting in winning two new contracts with international global digital technology companies.

Today’s announcement follows the creation of 40 new jobs for Cork and Dublin last year as part of Zevas’ successful efforts in attracting global telesales and Business Development opportunities to Ireland.

Commenting on today’s announcement, COO of Zevas Communications John O’Sullivan said: “We are delighted to have secured two more top tier global companies as clients and our continued expansion is firmly establishing us on the world stage for outsourced customer contact solutions.

“As an Irish company, with our Head Quarters in Cork, these 50 new jobs are to be particularly celebrated Lee-Side. These new contracts further reaffirm Cork’s position as an international hub for digital innovation and ambition, as well as for superb and proactive customer service offerings”, he added.

The new positions are seeking telesales personnel, with an enthusiasm for working in the digital media sphere. The majority of positions are English speaking. Native Dutch and German speakers will also be recruited immediately. It is anticipated that other European languages will quickly follow.

Caroline Horgan, HR Manager of Zevas Communications said: “After generating 40 new positions last year, we are very pleased to announce an additional 50 positions to be filled before Christmas. Since our founding in in 2001, Zevas consistently provides world class customer service solutions to international companies and brands, in tandem with providing an excellent environment of learning and development for our people.

“We are keen to start recruitment immediately. Those with sales experience and a desire to work with key players in global digital technology, as well as availing of a Career Development Plan can check out the Careers Page on for updates”, she continued.

Zevas already counts Google, Twitter, PayPal and UberEATS as clients, providing a range of customer sales and support. They also deliver services to leading Irish companies across technology and utilities, such as Pinergy.
