Cork business owners are being encouraged to attend a free event to learn how they can make significant savings for their company through resource efficiencies.
The morning seminar will take place on November 18th in the conference hall of the Seafood Development Centre in Clonakilty and business owners are urged to book their place soon due to the high demand.
The informative event is being run in partnership with Green Business and Ibec with the support of Bord Iascaigh Mhara and Origin Green.
Expert consultants from all stakeholders will be available for one-to-one consultations with businesses on the day to advise on how they can implement the most effective and financially rewarding resource efficiencies with minimal cost.
James Hogan, programme manager with Green Business will address the conference with an opening speech on how the free and confidential resource of Green Business has worked with businesses, large and small across Ireland to identify savings of €6m in the last years alone.
“Green Business works with companies of all sizes, as being efficient with resources improves the profitability and sustainability of all businesses. We will have speakers from the food and retail sectors, but all business types will have an opportunity to learn.”
Registration on the day will begin at 9.15 am and the seminar will conclude with a light lunch and networking opportunity for attendees at 12.40pm.
